The XCS Plasma division has grown from roots in our own manufacturing plant. We developed the first automated plasma cutter in 1992 for making machine parts in-house. We continue to use these machines every day.

After the newer solid state plasma power supplies became available we began to develop the XCS Plasma as an additional product line. The XCS Plasma line of machines is designed as a complete system. All mechanical, electrical, and controls were designed specifically for plasma cutting. The system approach and the SimplePath® cutting method sets these machines apart from the competition. It's simply the easiest, fastest method for automating your plasma cutting.

Experience
The Xycorp, founders have been designing and building automated process and manufacturing equipment since 1979. Products have ranged from automatic lens grinding machines to automated material handling systems to large chemical blending and distributing machines. In 1990 we formed the present corporation and have focused on precision motion control machines. Our customers range from small custom job shops to the Fortune 100 companies.
